He was directly responsible for planning and execution of corporate strategy, fund raising, sales, investor relations, client servicing and inorganic growth. He has managed the development and maintenance of trading systems for Bank of America Securities LLC. He has also been associated with different organizations like Lerros Gmbh, Mexx International, and Manhattan Associates and worked in Germany, Holland, USA and India.

Manohara Nagaraja (also known as Manny) served as the Chief Operating Officer of TCGIvega prior to joining Gandhi City. Tcgivega is a software services company with three centers in Bangalore, Mumbai and Kolkata.

Manohara has worked for Infosys for 15 years in various capacities. He was involved deeply in building Infosys foray into various avenues. He was responsible for project execution, program management, Domain Consulting, Technology Consulting, Account Management, Customer Management, Country development, Mergers & Acquisition, Presales among other things at various times. He has worked with a lot of Fortune 100 companies in various capacities including GE, Staples, Nordstrom, Apple Computers, J C Penney, British Petroleum, Telstra, Hewitt, Belgacom Mobile, Southern California Edison, Daimler-Chrysler, Orix, Shlumberger, to name a few.

Manohara started his career with L&T where he joined out of the campus as a graduate trainee. He worked on different systems including Payroll, Product management and inventory management. He then worked with their embedded systems group in creating Automated Analysis of Cardiograms by interfacing computers and ECG Machines with some of the most precision cardiogram wave analysis algorithms.

Arvind started his career as Manager with the Venture Strategy Consulting division of Feedback Ventures in New Delhi. He was part of a team which helped clients to develop entry strategies into new businesses. From October 1994 to October 2001, he worked for SSKI Corporate Finance Ltd in Mumbai, one of India's leading Investment Banks and Broking Houses. During this time, Arvind successfully completed assignments such as:

• Financial closure of an Indian 355 MW Power Company Rs. 1,215 Crores.
• Successful closure of private placement of Rs. 877.5 Crores. equity of Sony Entertainment TV business in India/Singapore.

In November 2001, Arvind started Skyzen Capital Advisors Pty Ltd, a boutique Investment Bank specialising in financial institutional equity (VC and private) funding, strategic equity sourcing and Mergers and Acquisition activities. Some of the notable deals he has worked on include the merger of TCG Software and Ivega software, strategic equity investment in Delhi based Smart Chip Limited by Orga Kartensysteme GmBH and Sale of an IT services company, Momentum India to Newell & Budge Holdings Limited.

Shiv is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm's activities including origination and executing transactions, client relationship management and financial management. He is also Chairman of F1F9 (India) Private Ltd.

Immediately prior to founding Langham Capital, Shiv managed two technology ventures in Europe. Prior to this, Shiv worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions groups at JPMorgan and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London and New York. He managed merger, acquisition, sale, privatisation, equity raising and private equity transactions for global clients in a number of markets and jurisdictions including the UK, Europe, US, India, South Korea, Russia, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Brazil. Shiv has also advised investors on stretching a venture capital fund to invest in the Indian IT sector.

He began his career with the Tata Group of Companies in India. As a member of the Tata Administrative Service, he worked on a number of projects in areas such as hotels, luxury goods, telecoms and soft drink bottling and distribution.

Sanjeev Rao is the Founder and CEO of Gateway to India, (G2i) a venture which helps accelerate success in Euro Indian partnerships. G2i, based in has worked on numerous projects in supporting Continental European Companies enter the Indian market and has supported them both in their operations and investments.

Previous to G2i, which Sanjeev started two years ago, Sanjeev was with The Boston Consulting Group in Paris for three and a half years. He worked on many strategic, business development and change management assignments for major European Multinationals.

After his Telecoms Engineering from Mangalore University, Sanjeev spent nine years with Alstom in the UK and France. Having started initially in the advanced research space, he quickly moved soon to International Business Development within one of the business units. During this time he also managed many transverse corporate projects in the areas of Quality and Customer Focus. He was also very active in supporting the transfer of technology and R&D exchange with India.

Sanjeev has an MBA from INSEAD and is on the board of many Euro Indian Ventures. After 15 years in Europe, Sanjeev has now moved back to India and is based in Bangalore.

Madhura Nath has over 26 years of experience in Building Construction and Project Management. He has led a number of projects in commissioning of factories and industrial plants; surveying, designing and constructions of highways; Construction of Office complexes and urban residential area development. Madhura Nath has substantial consulting experience in the areas of large project conceptualization, Project design, cost planning and implementation processes.

For the last 11 years, Madhura Nath has been responsible for developing entire Infocity complex for Infosys technologies ltd in Bangalore and actively managed development at Mysore, Pune and Hyderabad Campuses. Madhura Nath has worked at large corporations like national Building Construction Corporation, Raichur Thermal Power Plant, Ramagundam Thermal Power Corporation, Nikhil Constructions and Infosys among others.

Madhura Nath holds a bachelors diploma in Civil Engineering and post graduate Diploma in materials management from Delhi productivity council. Madhura Nath has training in PMI course at INFOSYS Madhura Nath has extensive experience in large scale project management, office and residential complex constructions, Factory and Industrial complex construction, Highway and road construction and urban land development.
